The speed and quality of the cut provided by an abrasive waterjet allow us to create many different products. The possibilities are endless, but here is just some of what we can do for you:

Signage
The waterjet is ideal for creating signs because it can handle any type of material and cut intricate curves and script lettering. Plus, you can combine materials for an attractive, original design. Logos are also handled easily by the waterjet. For more information on signage, please view our  lettering page. 

Flooring
Unique patterns and colors can be used together, and Alpha can give you custom shapes, sizes, and production runs. 

Metal Art
Patterns in metal can be repeated quickly and easily, and they can include intricate patterns on thick metals. 

Other Projects
With the waterjet, almost anything is possible, and we do not limit ourselves to any type of project. If you have a need that you're not sure whether we can fulfill, please ask us. 
 
 

If you have a file that you would like us to look at, you can send it to us at files@alphawaterjet.com. If you are sending a CAD file, please send it in .dxf form. Clip art files (.wmf) can be converted easily into a usable format, but other files will require more time. Image files (.tif, .bmp, .gif, .jpg) can be converted as long as there is contrast between light and dark areas. We do require files to be in IBM PC format. 

Some files come to us as drawings or simply dimensions of a desired part. If you have a drawing, you can fax or send it to us with dimensions included for machining on the waterjet. Please be sure that the drawing has dark, solid lines or is filled in where the part will be cut out. If you have the dimensions of a simple part you would like to have made, we can draw and cut the part, as long as it conains no complex curves or shapes.
